So below you will find pics of the current state of the build but I really wanted to mention that we finally got the variation from Wisdom Homes for the rock removal and quite frankly I am disgusted. The supplied variation has a builder margin built into the price, now obviously most people would expect the builder to put a charge on for handling of this and maybe even a little bit of cream. But the people at Wisdom think that 25% of the cost is a fair charge. For this 25% all they had to do was type up a variation which is what 5 mins work (an untrained monkey could do this) and email it to me (which took them over a month to do), and for this Wisdom believe they are entitled to 25%.
I would like to point out that I am otherwise fairly happy with how the build has gone up until this point.
